At Lunara Skin Care, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review our cancellation terms below:
Notice Requirement: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a 50% service fee.
No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
